GUEST CAPACITY:  Is based on two people per bedroom.  Since the castle currently has just two bedrooms, the maximum capacity is four adults.  We will be adding sleeping accomodations in the lower level, increasing future capacity to six to ten people.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:  We accept VISA, MC, PayPal, and American Express for deposits and payment.  A valid credit card is required to reserve the castle, even if you plan to pay with cash.  Credit card authorization for the full amount of your stay is processed at the time you make your  reservation which locks in your reservation.  If a deposit is sent, it is fully refundable and your credit card will not be charged if you cancel prior to the 30 day cancellation cutoff period.  Should you cancel sooner than 30 days from your arrival date, we will make every effort to re-book the castle to someone else in your reserved time period.  If successful, we will cancel your reservation with no fee to you.  If we are not able to re-book the castle in your reserved time period, you will be responsible for the full payment.  Please be aware... "No Shows" will be charged the full rental fee. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:  Check-in time is normally between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Should your plans require a special later check-in time, please advise when making your reservation, or  phone us should something come up, and we will try to accomodate you if at all possible.  Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

SMOKING:  There is a NO SMOKING policy in the castle. An ashtray has been provided outside on the terrace for our smoking guests.  Please discard all smoking materials (butts) in proper recepticles.  We appreciate your help in keeping the property litter free.

HOT TUB USE:  Please DO NOT bring any oils, bubble bath, rose petals, scents, etc. for use in our hot tub or Jaccuzzi tub.  And believe us... "non-staining" body oils DO stain bedding, and  WILL damage the hot tub filter and pipes.  You will be responsible for any repair costs should there be a problem. 

PETS:  We regret that there are NO PETS ALLOWED .
